Ant Robert Ekka is a professional Consultant. At the age of 18 started his entrepreneurial journey while covering his personal and educational expenses. As devoted to designing and music since his school days, and the knowledge helped him earn another resource of income. He is a Founder of Teamant Corporation, Atelier Jharkhand, and LUGA Designers. He is not a billionaire or a celebrity icon known to the world. He is a small-town tribal entrepreneur, working in the development of a marginalized tribal community in Jharkhand, India.
He belongs to an indigenous/tribal community of the Oraon Tribe also known as Kurux. As a belief his surname is “Ekka” which represents turtle, so he has a responsibility toward nature to protect turtles. He has 20 years of experience being an entrepreneur, where he learned the business, researched industries, executed projects, invested, formed companies, and made business relationships. His struggles include hundreds of unsuccessful start-ups. His initiative in association with the government is towards, Empowering Tribal Artists, Tribal Youth Festivals, Empowering Tribal Culinary Artists, and Empowering Tribal Handloom Cottage Industries.
His struggle journey from school to a Master’s Degree while attaining his financial targets, made him share his experiences with students, youths, and start-ups to focus on the right direction at right time. He talks about the effort and skills a person can devote to be ongoing successful. He believes, that life gives opportunities, by challenging you, where you have to win every day.
He works with Government, Private Companies, NGOs, and Social Entrepreneurs in planning and operations. He is a speaker for Government and NGOs social initiatives and a guest faculty in Institutions.

They endeavor to transform the unorganized product and service sectors into digitally-driven producer-owned houses. Their efforts empower entrepreneurs to cater collectively to the rising global demands.
